    Mustafa Šabić

    Mustafa Šabić was born in 1960 in Breza. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo in 1982, and passed the bar exam in 1992 in Sarajevo.

    He started his career as an intern in the Municipality of Breza, Commission for Urban Planning, Property and Legal Affairs in January 1983. In March 1984, he was elected as a representative for property and legal affairs in the Municipality of Breza at the Commission for Urbanism, Property and Legal Affairs, and he held that position until July 1988.

    In July 1988, he was appointed president of the Breza Municipal Court for Misdemeanors, and he held that position until January 2001, when he was elected a judge of the Breza Municipal Court. In January 2004, he was elected as a judge of the Cantonal Court in Zenica and held that position until October 2015.

    By decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) in September 2015, he was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and he currently holds that position.

    He has been a member of the Association of Judges in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1997.

    He was elected as a member of the HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina by judges of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
